Cost is mainly determined by how dense the vegetation is (light brush vs. thick undergrowth vs. wooded areas), how accessible the area is for equipment, how “finished” you want the results (opened up vs. clean and ready for the next step), and the method used—traditional clearing or forestry mulching.
